Co-op Day
Ready for another great day at our homeschool co-op! Jenni loves all her new friends and playing with the girls and sitting at a table with them at lunch time. Joshua enjoys his little friends and sitting at a different table with his classmates.

Study Break
This little boy loves his big sister. Jenni and I were working on school work while Jackson was making his unhappy baby noises. We took a break and all this little guy wanted was some hugs and kisses from his big sister. :)

Morning Walk
All three littles woke up while it was still dark so we got dressed and headed out for an early morning walk in our neighborhood and the new neighborhood next to us being built. Then we headed to our park to play!

Princess Candy Land
We love a good board game. Jenni set up Princess Candy Land. She was Sleeping Beauty and I was Belle. Joshua was assigned Cinderella. Joshua thought about it for a minute and then ran upstairs saying, "Hold on, guys. Me get something." And came back downstairs with his gorilla. :)

A Dragon's Roar
Jenni wants to be a princess for Halloween and Joshua wants to be her knight. I asked the kids what Jackson should be. Joshua quickly thought of a dragon! So on our way to church Joshua was teaching Jackson to roar! :)
Sleeping through the Night
The past several weeks I have had intense headaches every day because of lack of sleep/interrupted sleep. Jackson was waking more and more frequently to nurse. He's been nursed on demand for the past 12+ months, typically every two to three hours. But after having headaches for weeks I decided something had to change. We decided to try to let him cry it out - after all he is a year old. Jenni had a super smooth transition to sleeping through the night. She cried for short bits for three nights and then she was a super sleeper. The method didn't work the second time around and Joshua Gabriel didn't sleep through the night until he was 18 months. I hoped to not go down that path again and thankfully we don't have to! I am happy to say that Jackson James is sleeping through the night! The first and only night Jackson cried for less than five minutes three different times. And just like that, he now sleeps for about 12 solid hours. I am thankful! (And rested, too!)

Eric's Home!
Jackson James is THRILLED! Jackson has always enjoyed his dad, but ever since E returned home from his last trip, Jackson has been his biggest fan. It is very sweet.

Homeschool Co-op!
Our first homeschool co-op meeting! We are SO thankful that our church has a homeschool co-op!! We meet once a week. All four of us are together for chapel and then Jackson goes to the nursery for the remainder of the morning. Jenni has three classes that I help in and Joshua has two classes and then free play. We all meet at the end for lunch and recess! When I first told Jenni about co-op, she was most excited that I got to be with her and then excited to take her lunch box. The kids love their lunch boxes. :) We are so crazy thankful for this group and are looking forward to all the friendships we will build!

Jackson's First Birthday
After church, baby boy took a nice long baby nap while we set up for his special day.
Grandma Linda and Jenni filling up a pinata that they brought to add to the fun.
We found out at Jenni's birthday party how much Jackson loved balloons so we made sure to have some for his party. :)
Our dining room
The night before his party, I stayed up late decorating sugar cookies so E stayed up with me making paper airplanes for Jackson's Plane's theme party.
Airplanes and number ones
Grandpa John and Jackson James
His sweet expression as we started singing
He loved his chocolate cupcake!
The exciting thing about sibling birthdays in this family - everyone gets to blow out a candle :)
