The Angel Gabriel
Gabriel is referred to as "an angel of the Lord" (Luke 1:11).
Gabriel appears to Mary foretelling the birth of Jesus - "You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High (Luke 1:31-32).
