It is so neat to see how much information young children can learn. We have dry erase maps that we are working on this year for United States geography. Above are the states and capitals Jenni knows. Below are the states and capitals Joshua knows.
We drill, drill, drill the states and capitals. We use dry erase markers, tracing paper, flashcards/matching games, and a US states and capitals song to learn geography.
For this weeks presentations Jenni discussed Creation and the Fall. Joshua discussed Noah and the Flood.
Jackson James did a neat craft project that he was incredibly proud of when we picked him up. Jenni was so happy for him and encouraged him by saying, "Wow, Jackson! I didn't know you could do that! That looks like something a three-year-old could do, not a two-year-old!" :) Jacks is always so worn out after a morning full of fun.
