Week 5 of Pre-K

 This week we kept our focus on numbers - counting, number recognition, and writing. That number eight is tricky :)

Get Ready for THE CODE

 This week J studied the letter Tt, the sound /t/, and continued writing Tt even better. We also reviewed previous letters.

Reading
We are continuing to use this book and enjoying the progress J is making.

Angus Lost (Before Five in a Row)

 This week we rowed Angus Lost. We read the story each day, did the supplemental activities in the B4FIAR manual, and worked on the lapbook.

 We learned the milk making process and Jenni glued on pictures for each step.

 Jenni glued on pictures that start with the letter Dd.

We learned about different dog breeds, put together a booklet on properly taking care of dogs, and we read two silly poems. 

The rest of our school time consisted of our Alphabet Fun unit taking time to explore the letter Tt!
