Bahama Bucks

I've heard lots of people talking about the shaved ice at Bahama Bucks so we decided to try it out when Grandpa and Grandma stopped through our town. It was delicious! The littles enjoyed their rainbow shaved ice on the patio while playing some outdoor games. :)

Building a Vegetable Garden

We decided to transplant our potted fruits and vegetables into a raised vegetable bed that Eric built for us. The last six weeks of first grade science Jenni is learning about plants so I thought our garden would be a great addition to our homeschooling adventures. We planted blackberries, strawberries, watermelon, tomatoes, several different peppers, squash, zucchini, cucumber, cilantro, and onions.

 When Jenni and Joshua are on the trampoline, Jackson usually stays in the playhouse. And he will open and close the shutters to peek out at them.

 We had the best time at Taylor's concert! Sweet Jenni J was singing and dancing along to all her songs and loved all of Taylor's costume and outfit changes. What a fun night and memory to share together!

We had such a great time at our first 5K obstacle race! So much fun! I am super thankful that Eric and the kiddos were there to support and encourage me along the race and be there cheering at the finish line! :)

Homemade Ice Cream

 

The littles enjoyed making homemade ice cream with each other before our cookout and Joshua enjoyed eating homemade salsa. :)
