Alphabet Fun - Letter Hh

Jenni is 4 years, 2 months

We had heaps of fun learning about the letter Hh. Here is some of what we did...

Bible Truth:
Help with a Happy Heart!

Humble Service in the Body of Christ -
For by grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. (Romans 12:3-8)

Books:
Happy Birthday, Biscuit! (by Alyssa Satin Capucilli)
Harriet's Recital (by Nancy Carlson)
Henry's Amazing Imagination! (by Nancy Carlson)
How About a Hug? (by Nancy Carlson)

Songs:
If You're Happy and You Know It (such a cheerful song!)

Handprints
I printed a handprint poem on paper and had J dip her hands in the paint. I love little handprints!

Hi-Ho Cherry O
We had fun sorting colors, spinning, counting, and taking turns.

Homes/Habitats
We discussed what a home is - where someone or something lives and then we discussed different types of animal homes. J colored and matched the animal to it's home with our Animal Homes cards.
